About the Role:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Banking Relationship Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, while also acquiring new clients and expanding the bank's asset under management.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing high-net-worth clients.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving financial needs and goals.
- Provide tailored financial solutions, including investment products, loans, and wealth management services.
- Conduct regular reviews to assess client portfolios and make necessary adjustments.
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue potential high-net-worth clients through networking and referrals.
- Develop effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and increase market penetration.
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand client needs and risk tolerance.
Product Sales and Cross-Selling:
- Promote and sell a wide range of banking products and services, including investment products, loans, and insurance.
- Cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients to increase revenue and deepen relationships.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including KYC, AML, and SEBI regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Risk Management:
- Assess client risk profiles and ensure that recommended products align with their risk tolerance.
- Monitor market trends and potential risks that may impact client portfolios.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in managing high-net-worth clients in a banking or wealth management environment.
- Strong understanding of investment products, loans, and other financial services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and risk assessment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Desired Skills:
- Certification in wealth management or financial planning.
- Experience with CRM software.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
