Urgent Opening For Office support executive- Ahmedabad

Job Role: Office Support Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Account opening documents checking and preparing the same as per our CPU requirement
• Coordination for Account modification request and follow-up for updation of the same
• Coordination for account closure request
• Guiding Client on filling a/c opening form, sharing details on supporting docs required for a/c opening, Follow-up with client for providing the documents for a/c opening and resolving discrepancies in the docs submitted by the client
• Interface between internal Account Opening team and Client for resolving request submitted for change in Mode of Ops for a/c
• Co-ordination with RM, CAD and Client for limit release document
• Liaison with CAD team (CBG limit release team) for release of limits (including resolving the discrepancies) post submission of docs by the Client
• Liaison with Loans team for booking the loan and disbursement of the same
• Internal coordination with CAD team for closure of deferrals 
• Interface between CBG limit release team and Client for resolving discrepancies in docs submitted for limit release
• Coordinating with client for submission of deferred documents - Facility docs, AOF docs
• Coordinating with clients for submission of covenant docs - Stock Statement, Stock Audit report, DP Statement (incl. consortium banks)
• Annual result, quarterly results, cash flow statement, insurance etc.
• Sending the annual result for spread making
• Co-ordinating and arranging for adhoc CIBIL report.
• Re-KYC Intimation/Follow-Up/Documentation
• Document checking for signature addition / modification for SGL accounts
• Co Ordination for Local travel arrangements.  Air Ticket bookings co-ordination for outstation travel.
• Processing cheque book, Cheque referral, Memo updation, Title change, bank statements, FTS Gunning,
• Coordinating with client for submission of FD booking documents
• Demat related activities too like demat account opening, demat statement etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate (MBA will be an added advantage)
• Good communication skills( English, Hindi & Local Language)
