Field Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify potential customers for personal loans, business loans, auto loans, car finance, commercial vehicle loans, tractor loans, two wheeler loans, lap loans, loan against property (LAP), open market deposits, and other financial products.
  
• Conduct field visits to meet with clients and understand their needs.
  
• Develop strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales volume and customer satisfaction.
  
• Meet daily targets set by the organization while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-3 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
  
• Strong knowledge of personal loans, business loans, auto loans, car finance, commercial vehicle loans, tractor loans, two wheeler loans, LAP etc. .
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
