Telecalling Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads for personal loans, gold loan, and other financial products.
  
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of quality in sales performance.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or related field (preferably in banking sales).
  
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle objections effectively.
  
• Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and internet research tools.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
