Field Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various channels such as open market, references, and online platforms.
  
• Conduct field visits to meet potential customers and pitch financial products like personal loans, business loans, mortgage loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and gold loan.
  
• Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions from our product portfolio.
  
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-4 years of experience in field sales or related industry.
  
• Strong understanding of personal loans, business loans, mortgage loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and gold loan products.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective lead generation and relationship building with customers.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by the organization.
