Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) Audit position at HBK Offshore Accounting Services LLP in Gurugram. The role entails tasks related to benefits administration, employee benefits and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of employee benefit plans, ensuring compliance.
• Develop audit plans and work papers in accordance with auditing standards.
• Perform risk assessments and identify areas of potential concern during audits.
• Review plan documents, policies, and procedures to ensure they align with legal standards.
• Assess the internal controls of employee benefit plans to ensure efficient operations, data integrity, and fraud prevention.
• Identify areas for improvement in the control environment and recommend enhancements to management.
• Prepare comprehensive audit reports, summarizing findings, recommendations, and any areas of concern.
• Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices relevant to employee benefit plans.

Qualifications

• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to identify compliance issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in auditing benefit plans.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in benefits administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• CA or other relevant qualification (Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance)
