The role sits within the Global HR Shared Services and Governance teams and works in partnership with all HR teams and business groups to manage global benefit administration and operation with focus will be on developing and implementing a strong foundation of processes, systems, measurements, and controls with impactful communication and stakeholder management that can help deliver high performance consistently.
