Manager - Employee Relations

JOB OVERVIEW:

This role is responsible for maintaining healthy employee relations and ensuring compliance with employment laws. The incumbent would also be responsible for handling court cases.

KEY STAKEHOLDERS: Site BHR, Corporate Legal Team and Legal Advisors etc.

REPORTING STRUCTURE: Lead Employee Relations

EXPERIENCE (No of Years): Min 5 to 8 Yrs. experience in handling employee relations.

QUALIFICATION: MBA Human Resources
