Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing

• HairOriginals is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving performance targets.
• This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to managing digital marketing campaigns, analytics, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns to achieve business objectives and KPIs.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization to maximize campaign performance.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, generating insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage budget allocation and bid strategies to optimize ROI and drive profitable growth.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and Google Ads.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies and tactics.
• Generate regular performance reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and platforms as needed.

Required Skill Set:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically with Google Ads.
• In-depth knowledge of Google Ads, including search, display, video, and shopping campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other relevant tools.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with bid management and optimization tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Certification in Google Ads is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
