What Youll Be Doing:
As a manager on the Value Digital Marketing Team, you will be the Campaign Performance & Planning lead across all Digital Marketing Value brands regarding digital communications and media investment, spend optimization, campaign performance analytics & reporting across each of our channels, programs and tactics.
Responsibilities include:
You will be the Campaign Performance strategic lead across all Digital Marketing Value brands when it comes to spend optimization across each of our digital channels, programs and tactics.
- Analyzing and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, including paid search, social media, email/direct marketing, affiliate marketing, and display advertising.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key marketing metrics such as conversion rates, cost per add (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall digital marketing ROI.
- Working closely with the web development and marketing teams to implement and manage web tagging strategies, including setting up tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM), Tealium and other tag management systems.
- Monitoring and optimizing digital campaigns using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tealium, and other relevant platforms.
- Conducting in-depth data analysis to identify trends, opportunities for optimization, and areas for improvement.
- Assisting with A/B testing and multivariate testing to improve campaign performance.
- Ensuring proper tracking of marketing efforts by managing UTM parameters, pixels, and other tracking tools.
- Working with marketing and product teams to identify new audience and segment opportunities, and efficient ways to build unique and diverse programs for them.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging tools in digital marketing and performance measurement.

Youll need to have:
- Bachelors degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in digital marketing analytics, planning, and financial analysis.
- Experience with research, analytical, and critical thinking.
- Experience and proficiency in SQL and working with large data sets.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Tealium.
- Proficiency with visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of web tagging, UTM parameters, and pixel implementation.
- Experience with data mining and visualization skills.
- Experience with Data Warehousing solutions (e.g. BigQuery, Snowflake, etc.).
- Ability to create compelling narratives to influence decision-makers.
- Experience with digital marketing forecasting models.
- Presentation experience with executive leadership.
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office and G Suite.
