Inbound Executive ( Inward & Outward )

Department: Warehouse - Inbound Operations.

Reporting To: Warehouse Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Inward Operations:

• Receive incoming shipments from suppliers and verify against Purchase Orders (POs).
• Conduct quality checks in coordination with the QC team and report any discrepancies (damages/shortages).
• Update Unicommerce or WMS with accurate inward stock details.
• Ensure proper storage and stock placement following FIFO (First In First Out) and LIFO (Last In First Out) methods.
• Generate Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and maintain records for future reference.
• Ensure all inward documentation is complete and aligned with inventory records.
• Coordinate with the finance team for vendor invoice verification.

2. Outward Operations:

• Process B2B and B2C orders, ensuring accurate picking and packing.
• Generate invoices, manifests, and shipping labels in WMS (Unicommerce).
• Ensure timely dispatch of orders and coordinate with logistics partners (Zepto, Swiggy, etc.).
• Handle order returns, verify returned goods, and update system records.
• Monitor zero quantity manifests and ensure all orders are shipped as per system data.
• Identify and report shipment delays or dispatch errors to the management.
• Work closely with the inventory team to ensure stock accuracy and prevent stockouts.

Skills Required:

• Experience in warehouse inbound and outbound operations.
• Knowledge of Unicommerce/WMS and ERP systems.
• Basic Excel and reporting skills.
• Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
