Job Roles and Responsibilities:
Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms including digital advertisements, social media, websites, marketplaces and print materials.
- Develop brand identities, logos, and marketing collateral that align with the company's brand guidelines.
- Design layouts, illustrations, and other visual elements for both online and offline materials.
Video Editing:
- Edit and enhance video content for promotional materials, advertisements, tutorials, and presentations.
- Utilize video editing software to add effects, transitions to enhance the visual appeal of the videos.
- Incorporate audio elements, including music, voiceovers, and sound effects, to enhance the overall video quality.
Software Proficiency:
- Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign for creating and editing graphics.
- Experienced in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools for editing and enhancing videos.
Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions to designs as necessary to meet project goals and client expectations.
Creative Thinking:
- Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality of design work.
- Bring innovative ideas and creative solutions to design projects to make them stand out in the market.
- Adapt designs to suit different platforms and mediums while maintaining brand consistency and visual identity.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and project requirements.
- Maintain organized file structures and documentation to ensure efficient workflow and easy access to design assets.
- Track project progress, meet deadlines, and report on project status to supervisors or project managers.
Quality Control:
- Ensure all design assets meet the company's quality standards and brand guidelines.
- Conduct thorough reviews of design work to identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies before final delivery.
- Perform quality checks on video content to ensure seamless playback and optimal viewing experience across different devices and platforms.
Basic Qualification:
Bachelors in Design or Diploma from any renowned institute like Maac / Arena etc.
Must have an experience with Brand or an agency of atleast 3-5 years.
