Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and data-driven Performance/Growth Marketer to join our team in Jodhpur. In this role, you will work closely with our portfolio startups to drive customer acquisition, increase brand visibility, and accelerate business growth. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing, data analysis, and growth strategies to help our startups maximize their potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy Development: Collaborate with portfolio startups to develop customized performance marketing strategies that align with their growth objectives. Paid Media Campaigns: Manage, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and others, focusing on maximizing return on investment (ROI) for our startups. SEO & SEM Optimization: Implement and improve SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and enhance online visibility for our startups. Conversion Optimization: Analyze data to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates across landing pages, ads, and funnels for our startups. Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to continuously optimize strategies and ensure measurable growth. Collaboration & Mentorship: Work directly with the founding teams of startups to guide them through growth challenges, share best practices, and provide actionable insights. Audience Segmentation & Targeting: Utilize audience data to refine targeting strategies and ensure efficient marketing spend for each startup. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends and competitive activity to identify growth opportunities and tactics that can benefit our portfolio startups. Required Skills and Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience in performance or growth marketing, preferably working with startups or high-growth companies. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and similar. Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Solid understanding of SEO, SEM, conversion optimization, and user acquisition strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with startup founders and teams. Proven experience in managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, from strategy to execution. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). Preferred:
