Job Description

The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for leading the delivery of day-to-day HR support in coordination with the Human Resources team. The overall objective of this role is to provide a broad range of HR services to Global Accounting Services Business Unit within HM Group.

Core Responsibilities:

Organizational Design Process Implementation:

  • Partner with leaders to assess and shape organizational structures within their teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives
  • Deliver HR services and build capabilities to drive organizational performance through individuals and managers as well as identify issues and recommend solutions
  • Responsible for HR delivery and implementation across the employee lifecycle
  • Implement and continuously improve scalable people processes, such as performance reviews, succession planning, compensation programs, etc
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to adapt processes that meet both current needs and long-term goals

Talent Support:

  • Act as a trusted advisor for team members and leaders on HR policies, talent development, and organizational needs
  • Support management of team member relations cases, including investigations, documenting findings, coaching leaders, and recommending solutions
  • Serve as a key point of contact for managers, providing guidance, support, and creative solutions to drive engagement and productivity

Business Partnering Data-Driven Insights:

  • Partner with business managers to resolve Employee Relations (ER) issues, ensuring appropriate actions are taken and risks are assessed
  • Coordinate and consult with country HR partners to deliver regional activities
  • Lead and/or initiate cross HM projects as well as train new team members
  • Monitor talent performance and engagement through data analysis, identifying trends and addressing challenges proactively
  • Leverage insights to recommend innovative approaches for team development and organizational success

Adaptability Continuous Improvement:

  • Excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities may shift rapidly
  • Embrace ambiguity as an opportunity to identify gaps and create impactful, scalable solutions
  • Take on additional projects as needed, reflecting the evolving needs of a high-growth organization
  • Experience: 7+ years in HR, talent management, or related roles, with demonstrated expertise in performance management. Preferable experience of supporting Finance & Accounting teams.
