We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Specialist to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a key role in managing the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This position requires strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 6month - 1year of experience
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Ensure all new hires are properly integrated into the company culture.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and issues, providing guidance and support.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment.
- Conduct exit interviews and provide feedback to management.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance management systems.
- Support managers in conducting performance appraisals and identifying areas for employee development.
HR Compliance & Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Update and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with company and legal requirements.
- Prepare and manage HR reports and documentation.
