We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures. You will work closely with employees & management to ensure a positive work environment and compliance with HR best practices and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation activities.
Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures. Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster positive employee relations.
Performance Management: Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Ensure consistent application and adherence to HR policies across the organization.
Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to promote employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction. Assist in organizing employee events, recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms.
Training and Development: Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee training programs. Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and workshops.
Employee Data and HR Systems: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems. Generate reports and analytics on HR metrics as required.
Compliance and Legal: Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices. Assist in conducting audits, investigations, and maintaining documentation related to employee matters.
Benefits Administration: Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
HR Projects: Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, policy reviews, and HR system implementations.

Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office.
Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
