Role Overview:
As an Associate HR , you will play a crucial role in our team, wearing multiple hats to ensure employee satisfaction and engagement . You will help foster a positive workplace culture by effectively communicating the company s principles and values to all employees, ensuring that everyone aligns with our mission . This position involves managing HR operations , tracking leave and attendance , handling onboarding and offboarding , administering benefits , managing employee assets , and driving employee engagement initiatives .
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations:
Manage daily leave and attendance tracking , ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
Oversee employee assets , including laptops and other equipment, ensuring proper assignment and maintenance.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes , including orientation and exit formalities.
Handle various HR administrative tasks , such as drafting documents and maintaining HRIS data .
Contribute to enhancing HR processes and implementing HRMS tools .
Maintain and update employee records to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Employee Engagement & Satisfaction:
Develop and implement initiatives that boost employee engagement and satisfaction , including team-building activities and wellness programs .
Actively seek feedback from employees through surveys and discussions to identify areas for improvement.
Use analytics to assess employee engagement and satisfaction metrics, helping devise strategies that promote retention and well-being .
Employee Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs , including health insurance and wellness initiatives.
Clearly communicate benefits information to employees and assist with any related inquiries.
Employee Relations & Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, providing timely assistance.
Help resolve employee grievances and conflicts fairly and confidentially.
Implement policies and procedures that enhance employee relations .
Learning & Development:
Assist in identifying training needs and organizing relevant learning and development programs to support employee growth.
Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, suggesting improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources , Business Administration , Psychology , or a related field.
Skills:
Strong communication and organizational skills .
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially .
Excellent attention to detail and multitasking capabilities .
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR software .
Familiarity with HR analytics for assessing employee engagement and satisfaction.
