- Possess a bachelors degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
- Demonstrate a proven track record in talent acquisition and retention.
- Familiarity with Zoho Recruit or other ATS systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their effective utilization for recruitment purposes.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
