Gsource Technologies is a reputable design-assist partner based in North America, and we are currently seeking a talented Junior Structural Steel Designer to join our dynamic team in Pune. Our company specializes in delivering superior designs to architects, engineers, fabricators, and firms, making us a leading player in the geospatial and manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications:
To excel in this position, we require the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in structural design, preferably within the architectural, engineering, or construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, IDEA StatiCa, Etabs, or STAAD Pro software to effectively create and manipulate design elements.
- Strong knowledge and expertise in working with Cold Form steel, Pre engineered buildings (PEB), light gauge steel, and steel structures.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate seamless collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to overcome design challenges and provide innovative solutions.
- Experience in structural design calculations and analysis, and a good understanding of governing building codes and standards.
