Job Title: Structural Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our team, focusing on precast concrete or RCC construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural design and analysis, particularly in structures. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, preparing structural designs ,and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training in Precast Design.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Structural Design and Analysis

• Design reinforced concrete structures for buildings and infrastructure projects.
• Perform structural analysis using advanced tools like Staad Pro, ETABS, and SAFE to ensure stability, safety, and efficiency.
• Calculate loads, stresses, and forces to design critical structural elements like foundations, beams, columns, and slabs.

2. Documentation and Review

•  Prepare and review design reports, specifications, and drawings for accuracy and compliance with industry standards (e.g., IS, Eurocode, ACI).
• Collaborate with drafting teams to produce detailed and precise structural drawings.

3. Collaboration and Coordination

• Work with architects, contractors, and project managers to integrate structural solutions effectively into overall project designs.
• Attend project discussions and provide technical guidance for resolving design challenges.

4. Innovation and Problem-Solving

• Stay updated with advancements in precast concrete technologies and structural design software.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or M.Tech in Structural Engineering.
• Experience: 3-8 years in structural engineering, with a focus on precast concrete or RCC projects.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in design tools like Staad Pro, ETABS, and SAFE.
• Strong knowledge of RCC design principles and construction methodologies.
• Familiarity with international structural codes and standards.
