This pivotal role demands an individual with a talent in communication, lead generation & sales. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities, create leads & assist in the entire sales process, ensuring rapid and sustainable growth.

• Gain knowledge about all organizationsservices to facilitate sales efforts. Learn to identify decision makers atcompanies reached out to be more effective in conversions
  
• Target would be set and need to beachieved on daily leads offered, lead is complete only when the prospectactually answers/responds to sales team.
  
• To research and analyze the customersrequirements and present best solutions. Balancing customer needs with companydemands.
  
• Start taking revenue responsibility in 3months by targeting lead conversion to client form simply lead generation tosales.
  
• Maintain a track of when to call, whomto call, previous historic conversation - all research to ensure we follow upwith customer at the right time opening with the right statement to help increasefamiliarity and engaging the prospect.
  
• Ambitious personality who would want tobecome member of the core sales team by improving call and tracking skills duringfirst year itself
  
• Using networking opportunities to keepincreasing prospect base over time
  
• Experience with any marketing/sales CRMwould be desired
