Business Development Manager

• The Candidate will be working US shift times i.e IST 6:00pm to 3:00am
  
• The Candidate will have to execute a minimum of 50 calls per day or 50 accounts are to be researched and reached out to using phone, email, social media.
  
• To generate leads & transfer leads to /create or set meetings for, the Sales team.
  
• Target would be set and need to be achieved on daily leads offered , lead is complete only when the prospect actually answers /responds to sales team.Communicate company services via Calling and E-mail and also build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs.
  
• Document and update CRM and work tracker with daily activities as required.
  
• Achieve daily , weekly and monthly goals.
  
• Be a go-getter and pro-active; identify and act on opportunities for improvement to meet every target assigned and beat those around him to meet goals and objectives
  
• Every feedback provided needs to be acted upon immediately and develop skill set to ensure no repetitive mistakes occur
  
• Ensure honest reporting and immediate communications as need be, including escalating to department head if any concern on services/knowledge or experience for current or new opportunities

Requirements

• Experience with any marketing/sales CRM would be desired
  
• US sales experience of atleast 3 years
  
• Impeccable English and communication skills
  
• MS Office proficiency
  
• Individual contributor with need for being the best and proving himself
  
• Ability to interact and coordinate with multiple departments and personnel to complete lead generations/sales cycle
