Job Description
Gsource Technologies, a prominent design-assist firm in the construction industry, is currently in search of an experienced MEPF Designer specializing in Mechanical Modeling & Design, Electrical Modeling & Design, Plumbing Modeling & Design, and Fire Protection Modeling & Design. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience, with a strong background in MEPF design specifically in the US region.
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in MEPF design, specifically in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, NAVSIWORKS, AutoDesk Fabrication ESTmep, AutoPIPE, and Trimble EC-CAD.
Strong knowledge of national and local building codes and regulations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
