Job Description
Gsource Technologies LLC is a leading full-service
engineering drawings and design firm with over 14 years of expertise. With
over 300+ employees across our Pune and Mumbai offices and global
offices in Dubai and Miami , we serve more than 300 active clients across
North America. Our services leverage advanced technologies, including Building
Information Modeling (BIM), drone photogrammetry, LiDAR data processing, and
engineering designs for sectors like Architecture, Engineering and
Construction, Geospatial, Manufacturing, and Developers.
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Pune team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent, contributing to the growth of our organization. The position requires a proactive, results-driven professional with experience in hiring for the engineering and design services industry.
Requirements
- Bachelordegree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field; Masterdegree preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in the
engineering, design, or technology sectors.
- Proven expertise in recruiting for technical roles such as BIM
specialists, LiDAR analysts, engineers, and geospatial professionals.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, applicant tracking systems
(ATS), and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a
focus on meeting deadlines.
- Experience in employer branding and social media recruitment
strategies,is a plus.
