Job Title: BTL (Below-the-Line) Marketing Specialist/Manager.

Job Overview: The BTL Marketing Specialist/Manager is responsible for implementing marketing strategies and tactics that focus on direct engagement with targeted individuals or small groups, rather than broad mass media campaigns. The role involves planning, organizing, and executing a variety of marketing activities aimed at driving customer engagement, generating leads, and increasing brand loyalty. This may include events, sponsorships, promotions, in-store activities, and other direct communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Branding Development & Execution:

Work with agencies and channel partners to understand branding requirement and implementation on a pan India level.

• Event Coordination:

Plan and coordinate events, Plumber meets, product launches, and experiential marketing activities. Ensure events run smoothly, on time, and within budget.

• Brand Awareness & Promotion:

Focus on building long-term customer relationships through consistent brand messaging and personalized promotions.

Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the brands values and tone.

• Budgeting and Reporting:

Manage BTL campaign budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Report on the effectiveness of BTL activities, offering detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement.

• Audience Engagement:

Build relationships with customers and stakeholders through face-to-face engagement and personalized experiences.

• Research & Analysis:

Analyse campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and provide insights for continuous improvement.

• Collaboration with Other Teams:

Work closely with the digital, creative, and sales teams to align BTL marketing activities with overall marketing goals.

• Brand Awareness & Promotion:

Focus on building long-term customer relationships through consistent brand messaging and personalized promotions.

Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with the brand’s values and tone.
