Deputy Manager /Manager - L&D / OD

Key Responsibilities:

Organizational Development Strategy:

• Design and implement OD strategies aligned with business objectives and priorities.
• Drive organizational effectiveness through continuous improvement of structures, processes, and culture.
• Lead initiatives aimed at fostering a high-performance culture and improving employee engagement and retention

Change Management:

• Lead and manage change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during organizational changes, mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring.
• Provide guidance on the application of change management frameworks and methodologies.

Leadership & Employee Engagement:

• Design and facilitate leadership training programs and workshops to enhance leadership skills.
• Drive employee engagement surveys and develop action plans based on survey findings to address areas of improvement.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to promote a positive organizational culture and workplace environment.

Performance Management:

• Design and implement performance management systems that support both individual and team-based performance.
• Advise managers on best practices for providing feedback, goal setting, and performance evaluations.

Learning and Development:

• Develop and manage learning and development programs to build employee skills, competencies, and leadership potential.
• Analyze training needs and work with various departments to ensure relevant, high-impact training programs are executed.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze OD-related data to provide insights and recommendations for improving organizational effectiveness.
• Regularly report on the success and impact of OD initiatives to senior leadership.
