Sr. Executive - Business OD and L&D

Learning and Development (L&D):

• Formulate and execute the annual learning agenda based on organizational goals and training needs analysis.
• Design, develop, and deliver learning programs, including e-learning, instructor-led sessions, and workshops.
• Oversee mentoring and coaching programs for managerial and leadership capability building.
• Track training feedback, analyze outcomes, and generate actionable insights for improvement.
• Promote the adoption and usage of e-learning platforms and evaluate their effectiveness.

Organizational Development (OD):

• Assist in implementing OD initiatives that align with the companys vision, values, and culture.
• Support change management processes and drive employee engagement strategies.
• Monitor engagement action plans and ensure adherence to targets.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

• Analyze L&D metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
• Prepare reports on OD and L&D initiatives for leadership review.

Employee Development:

• Create new avenues for learning opportunities to foster a culture of continuous development.
• Ensure career development programs align with organizational succession planning needs.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Liaise with department heads to identify skill gaps and ensure the availability of relevant training programs.
• Coordinate with external vendors for program development and delivery.
