HR Executive And Generalist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
  
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and develop training programs to address them.
  
• Handle employee engagement activities such as team building exercises, social events, and recognition initiatives.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR generalist activities like joining formalities, induction program development.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations) to resolve employee grievances or conflicts.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in an HR role with a focus on generalist activities.
  
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations applicable in the auto components industry.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
