Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify training needs and develop training calendars for new hires.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
  
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions, job postings, and interview schedules.
  
• Conduct preliminary screening of resumes, cover letters, and conduct first-round interviews .
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and industry regulations throughout the recruitment process.

• HR Generalist activities for Plant.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-5 years of experience in HR generalist activities or related field.
  
• MBA/PGDM /MSW degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
  
• Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and procedures; knowledge of industrial relations laws and regulations an added advantage.
