Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Engineer/Coordinator to join our team and will play a key role in the Project Management Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of engineering projects from conception to completion. The PMO Coordinator will be assisting with project planning, tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with project managers stakeholders
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project management methodologies, tools, and templates.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or delays, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Track project progress and performance metrics, identifying and addressing issues or risks as they arise.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder discussions, documenting meeting minutes and action items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Assist with the implementation of project management software and tools, providing training and support to users as needed.
• Conduct periodic reviews of project portfolios, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and progress reports to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the effectiveness of project management practices.
• Provide administrative support to the PMO, including budget tracking, invoice processing, and resource management.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree (Mechanical / Civil) / MBA
• Proven experience in project coordination or project management support roles.
• Strong proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall and Hybrid

CAPM certification is preferred
