Job Title: Deputy Manager/Manager - HR

Location: Hyderabad (Plant location)

Salary: ₹6,00,000 - ₹8,00,000 per annum

Experience: 6 to 12 years

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR professional for the role of Deputy Manager/Manager HR. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 12 years of experience working in HR roles within manufacturing companies, with a strong focus on recruitment, employee engagement, training, compliance, and statutory requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

    • Review and manage the recruitment process in a timely manner according to the hiring calendar.
    • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each positions requirements.
    • Prepare detailed Job Descriptions in consultation with the RACI Matrix and Heads of Departments (HODs).
    • Oversee all stages of the candidate experience, including application, interviews, and communication.
    • Coordinate external recruitment through advertising, campus recruitment, third parties, unsolicited applicants, etc.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired candidate profiles
    • Handle salary negotiations and finalize offers in collaboration with HODs, ensuring all approvals are obtained.
    • Oversee the pre-verification process (documentation) before offer release and manage the release of offers and conduct follow-up until the candidate joins.

Induction & Onboarding:

  • Manage an efficient onboarding process to ensure new hires’ successful integration into the company, provide necessary support.
  • Conduct the entire induction process, including meetings, joining formalities, and documentation.
    • Ensure proper documentation collection, verification, and entry into the system (ID creation, KEKA). Manage asset allocation (e.g., desktops/laptops) and coordinate.

Compliance & Statutory Requirements

    • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including POSH
    • Coordinate with relevant authorities for any updates related to compliance requirements.
    • Manage ISO audits (both internal and external) and ensure the maintenance of ISO-related files.

PMS, Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling:

    • Provide guidance to managers on performance management and employee development.
    • Conduct engagement activities and sessions to maintain a positive work culture.
    • Conduct audits, investigations, and activities to address non-compliance or training deficiencies.

Training & Development:

    • Develop and implement a training calendar across departments throughout the year.
    • Design and deliver training programs (both face-to-face and virtual) that meet business objectives and are within time and budget constraints.
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, assessing their success and outcomes periodically.

Qualifications:

  • MBA (HR)/MHRM/MSW or any equivalent [A1] qualification.
  • 6 to 12 years of reexperience in HR within a manufacturing company is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu (MANDATORY).
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, labour laws, and statutory compliance.
  • Proven experience in managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training programs.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple HR functions and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Expertise in managing HR operations and compliance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in MS office. Exposure to KEKA is desirable.
