Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement innovative HR strategies to enhance the company's growth and employee satisfaction.
  2. Foster a strong employer brand by bridging the gap between employees and core management.
  3. Oversee the recruitment process, including screening and onboarding candidates.
  4. Promote a positive work culture to improve employee morale and engagement.
  5. Preserve company traditions while introducing innovative strategies to make the organization a preferred workplace.
  6. Establish and enforce HR policies, addressing ground-level employee concerns effectively.
  7. Manage existing business plans, ensure adherence, and implement a robust performance management system in collaboration with the team.
  8. Administer payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely compensation.
  9. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.
  11. Possess strong knowledge of Department of Industrial Health and Safety regulations.
  12. Strengthen industrial relationships within the organization and with government bodies.
  13. Engage with local communities and drive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
  14. Develop and deliver leadership and technical training modules in partnership with government and semi-government organizations to foster a culture of learning and innovation.
  15. Enhance team capabilities through cross-functional skill development and multitasking initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or Recruiting Coordinator.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement people-oriented and results-driven strategies.
  • Track record of leveraging HR metrics for organizational improvement.
  • Proficiency in HR technology and database management.
  • Strong strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
  • Exceptional active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Capability to build and nurture relationships at all organizational levels.
  • In-depth understanding of HR best practices and emerging technologies.
