Manager -Sales & Marketing -Dubai

Summary : Golcha Associated are in process of establishing a new company and office at Dubai for next level business growth, Better customer connect within this region and African continent , identifying new business opportunities for our organization within this region.

Candidate will head the Dubai office and align the set visions of organization.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities for Middle East, Africa, Gulf regions.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase mineral sales revenue.
  
• Build strong relationships with customers in the region.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably in the Mineral industry.

• Should be a hard-core Sales and Marketing Guy with deep understanding of Minerals and selling to paint and plastic industry.

• Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) in Any Specialization; MBA preferred but not mandatory.
  
• Proven track record of success in lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation skills.
