cMMi Knowledge Audit Approach Metrics Analysis Risk Management Estimation Scrum/Agile/SonarQube Project Management

Responsibilities -

Driving change

Agile implementation experience

Project Management

Tool implementation (JIRA, Azure DevOps etc.)

Understanding of Measurements and Metrics

Experience conducting process audits and engineering reviews

proposal review, SOW Review, Health Assessment and RAID Management, Delivery Leadership Review

Regular reviews and audits of quality control process/software quality plan

Drive root cause analysis and action planning
