Payroll Executive

Role & responsibilities

1. Process Salary of payroll, Non payroll, Professional Invoices and Contract labor and Gulf employees salary

2. Salary structure and deductions are aligned to current legislations

3. Submission of completed payroll register to accounts team for scrutiny

4. Ensure salary structure is updated with the currently prevailing statutory compliances

5. Monthly updating (by 7th of every month) of addition / deletion of employees in Mediclaim policies, GPA & GMC policy

6. Timely processing of all Insurance & Mediclaim claims, PF / ESIC withdrawals within maximum of 30 days

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience in payroll & statutory compliances
• Experience on Spine HR or any HRMS software
