Payroll Executive - Delhi

Key Responsibilities:-

• Attendance, Leave Record maintenance, salary sheet preparation, Statutory Compliance or as per the companys policies/guidelines.
• Management TDS, PF & ESIC , gratuity, labour law, Bonus / Appraisal calculation/ TADA/Exepenses as per the company’s policies/guidelines
• End and end plant recruitment and coordinate with Contractor of blue collars 3P
• New Contractor development
• End to end recruitment of plant.
• Responsible for Onboarding and Offboarding formalities.
• Liasoning with Govt agencies & Implementation of all Govt compliance like Labour Laws etc.
• Employee Engagement designing, planning, calendar maintenance & implementation as per the company’s policy.
• Responsible for all types of inspection at Factory level, Industrial Relation, factory Audits.
• Coordinate with IT Department and for zero error work on workstations.
• Maintain Hygiene Environment, taking rounds, maintaining cleanliness
• Security of factory, machine, material, Health & Safety of worker etc.
• Industrial Training to factory labours, housekeeping staff, guard, drivers etc
• Licence Management and AMCs renewals (Factories)
• Manpower Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, Controlling, Grievances handling etc
• Scrap selling, management.
• All HR policies implementation
• All admin & housekeeping work making sure of GHK manual.
• All external party handling related to HR like labour contractor, Security agency, etc
• All day to day operations related to HR & admin.
• Your JD can be change anytime as per the company’s requirement.
• To follow policies of the company, rules of the dept, SOPs, do’s and dont’s etc with utmost sincerity. Keep all files/documents etc organised folder wise at all times and readily accessible.Keep onetime, recurring, FMS, PMS, ERP etc updated on real time basis.
