Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Helping hand With our internal payroll process for eg. headcount

validation, collection of required input for payroll file validation, etc

2.Handling any query received from employees/accountants/development team

related to payroll.

3.Helping in carrying out multiple analyses of payroll data as and

When it is required according to the finance requirement.

4.Helping for preparation of multiple requirements which we are receiving

currently based on investor's requirements /audit/VDD etc from a payroll point of view.

5.Responsible for client payroll, PF & ESI filing. Currently, 9 clients are

handled by me and expect to increase this shortly.

6.The person will also be responsible for helping and guiding the development

team for further product automation.

7.Handling ledgers payroll demo as per the requirement.

Preferred candidate profile 3 to 5 years in Indian payroll processing. Graduation is must
