HR Manager - (Specialist in Payroll)

Job Description:

• This position is primarily responsible for managing & administration of the Payroll and ensuring compliance and accuracy in monthly Payroll activities.
• Additionally other HR operations task may be also assigned.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Process payroll transactions, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.
• Attendance reconciliation and verification for payroll.
• Process payroll into HR Software.
• Salary disbursement file preparation.
• Ensuring time lines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance and prepare and submit challans of PF, ESIC, PT..
• Ensuring Employee Benefits including Employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax.
• Responsible for MIS and Analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with Standardization of reports for better decision making.
• Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll.
• Responsible of publishing monthly Payroll Dashboard.
• Ensure Monthly payroll provisions to Finance.
• Other HR Operations tasks as per requirement.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Post-Graduate with expertise in Payroll and compliance.
• Tech Savvy, MS Office and English proficiency is a must.
