Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Mumbai (Headquarters)

Leading managed office space provider, operating for five years across five cities, with a focus on delivering premium workspace solutions. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive the company's growth initiatives.

Role Overview:

As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving fundraising initiatives, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth. You will work closely with senior leadership to optimize financial performance and prepare the company for future expansion, including a potential IPO.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Compliance:

- Oversee the company's accounts, taxation, and regulatory compliance across all locations.

- Ensure adherence to GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances, working closely with internal and external auditors.

- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.

Financial Modelling & MIS:

- Develop financial models to support business decisions, investment strategies, and expansion plans.

- Lead MIS reporting, providing insights into key financial metrics, cost optimization, and profitability.

- Ensure efficient cash flow management and working capital optimization.

Fundraising & Investor Relations:

- Drive debt and equity fundraising efforts, working with banks, NBFCs, and investors.

- Manage relationships with existing and potential investors, providing financial insights and business updates.

- Prepare financial reports and presentations for board meetings and investor discussions.

Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team, ensuring efficient processes and professional development.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to align financial strategy with business objectives.

IPO Preparation (Preferred Experience):

- Work towards aligning financial and regulatory frameworks for a potential IPO.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI and other regulatory bodies in case of a public listing.

- Collaborate with investment bankers, legal teams, and auditors for IPO readiness

Key Qualifications & Experience:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a must.

- 15+ years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven experience in financial management, taxation, and MIS reporting.
