General Manager - Budgeting & Estimation

Responsibilities:

- The Budgeting and Control head is responsible for overseeing the budgeting and controlling process for construction projects including Civil, MEP, Interiors etc.

- The role involves collaboration with various departments to ensure accurate budget planning, cost estimation and financial analysis.

- Budget Designing and Tracking: Develop and manage comprehensive budget plans for all construction projects.

- Conduct detailed cost estimation and financial analysis for all projects. Collaborate with project managers, MEP heads , Architects to gather necessary data.

- Present and get approval on budgets from senior management. Monitor and report budget performance, identify variances and take corrective actions. Participate in Budget review meetings and do budget forecasting.

Purchase Requisitions:

- Prepare the Price BPQ from approved construction drawings

- Cross check and verify purchase requisitions from the site estimation teams against BOQ

- Monitor and track actual material used Vs estimated materials based on final drawings.

Joint Measurements:

- Conduct joint measurements with site billings, site estimation and site engineers

- Review and provide sign off against joint measurement projects

- Reports / MIS

- Prepare and maintain master cost database

- Prepare and present CCR reports to Sr Management

- Monitor and track actual cost Vs Budget Based on final drawings and report on issued materials

- BE/Btech Civil is a must.

- Strong knowledge on construction market trends

- Proficiency in SAP / AUTOCAD / REVIT Excel / Budgeting software

- Candidates from Real Estate industry would be evaluated only.
