Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Finance located in Bengaluru.

- The Director of Finance will be responsible for Financial Planning, Financial Statements, Analytical Skills, Finance, and Financial Reporting on a day-to-day basis.

- Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial statements (e.g., income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.

- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of transactions.

- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.

- Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecasts, identifying variances and providing explanations.

- Prepare and submit various financial reports to management.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant - mandatory

- Company Secretary or MBA in Finance - Desirable

- Minimum 15 years of strong experience

- Financial Planning and Financial Reporting skills

- Experience in preparing financial statements

- Strong analytical skills in finance

- Background in finance or related field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
