About the function:

- Provides a full suite of services in the Finance & Accounts domain to the GCC (Global Capability Centre) partners. This includes accounting, legal & statutory compliances, reporting activities, business advisory, forecasting, budgeting, cash flow management, FP&A, setting up internal controls & processes and support to leadership team & parent organization.

- The GCC's are subsidiaries of large global organizations (listed or unlAccounting & Book keeping Treasury Coordinate Statutory and Tax Audit Fixed Asset Management FP&A Coordination of Income Tax returns, Transfer Pricing and TDSGST payments, Filing, Refund & Notices SEZ/NSTPI related Compliance oversight in coordination with established partners Compliance Ownership.

- Having an oversight to all the above processes and ensure timely and accurate compliance Work with the core Operational Support Services team to ensure the right mix of People, Process and Technology to deliver client deliverables.

- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and processes relevant to finance, accounts and compliance functions. To guide the team to create, establish and maintain governance framework for compliance with contractual terms, develop minimum level of standards of communication to clients and adherence of specific needs to each client.

- To bring standardization and automation in routine work and support onboarding of new clients. Establish and maintain a strong review system for, Accounting of financial transactions in books of account.

- Establish finance control on all financial transactions (payments, invoicing, collections, documentation)Month close process and record accounting entries and transactions as part of period close activities.

- Review of local regulatory financial reporting and tax requirements. Compliance to contractual arrangements, direct and indirect taxation, FEMA, FDI etc. Group reporting to the parent organizations. Establish, maintain and report service levels across various sub-processes of the finance function.

- Ensures quality control over financial transactions, financial reporting, accuracy and integrity of the books of account and the financial information generated. Understand and support the needs to leadership team related to finance function and ensures delivery. Focus and support to finance team on completion of Statutory, tax audit and tax filings along with finance leader.
