Chief Financial Officer - Co-Founder (10-20 yrs)

As the Co-Founder - CFO, you will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy, securing funding, and driving investments to support our rapid growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Strategic Financial Leadership: Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with long-term goals.

- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead efforts to secure funding from venture capitalists, angel investors, and strategic partners.

- Maintain investor relationships and report financial progress.

- Financial Operations & Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, accounting, cash flow, and financial audits while ensuring compliance with regulations.

- Growth & Scalability: Evaluate new markets, strategic investments, and business expansion opportunities to support sustainable growth.

- Profitability & Risk Management: Establish financial KPIs, implement risk management strategies, and ensure optimal resource allocation.

- Strategic Partnerships & M&A: Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and acquisitions to expand our global ecosystem.

- Financial Governance & Compliance: Ensure ethical financial operations, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.

- Leadership & Team Management: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.

- Funding Strategy for Social Impact: Develop financial models for initiatives like 'Dolphin Tank' to support aspiring entrepreneurs and create a self-sustaining ecosystem.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

- Proven experience as a CFO or senior finance leader in a high-growth startup or social enterprise.

- Strong expertise in financial strategy, fundraising, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- Successful track record in raising capital and managing investor relations.

- Experience in scaling startups, financial modeling, and mergers & acquisitions.

- Knowledge of financial technology, tools, and compliance regulations.

- Passion for addressing unemployability and empowering young professionals.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

- An MBA or certifications like CFA/CPA are preferred.

Compensation:
