Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute financial strategies to support scaling operations, market expansion, and profitability.

- Fundraising & Investor Relations: Lead capital-raising efforts, manage relationships with investors, and ensure financial readiness for future funding rounds.

- Financial Operations & Compliance: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance in the health tech space.

- Revenue & Business Model Optimization: Align financial planning with the company's growth strategy, pricing models, and go-to-market execution.

- Risk Management & Governance: Establish strong internal controls, manage risk, and ensure compliance with health and life sciences regulations.

- Collaboration & Leadership: Partner with the CEO, executive team, and board to drive strategic initiatives and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

- CA is a must

- 12+ years in financial leadership roles, preferably in health tech, life sciences, or healthcare sectors.

- Proven experience in venture-backed startups or high-growth companies.

- Strong fundraising, M&A, and investor relations experience.
