Position Title : Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Meghavi Wellness Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing company in the wellness industry. As part of our expansion and preparation for an MSME listing, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and ensure the companys financial growth and stability. This role will involve overseeing the MSME listing process, financial reporting, compliance, and providing strategic guidance to senior management and the board.
Job Summary :
- The CFO will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of Meghavi Wellness Pvt. Ltd., including financial planning, risk management, MSME listing, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
- The CFO will also guide the company through the process of listing on the MSME platform, managing financial performance, and establishing robust investor relations.
CFOs having experience and expertise in stock exchange listing process, handled investors and leading auditors only need to apply for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
1. MSME Listing Strategy and Execution
- Lead the MSME listing process on platforms such as BSE SME or NSE Emerge.
- Handle due diligence by lead auditors and lead bankers.
- Ensure full compliance with SEBI regulations, and other regulatory bodies.
- Work with legal, investment banking, and leading auditing firms to prepare necessary documents such as the DRHP or offer document.
- Develop and manage financial projections, valuations, and other required documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents, financial statements, disclosures, and regulatory filings.
- Act as a liaison with stock exchanges, SEBI, and other regulators.
2. Financial Management
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting for the company.
- Review and approve financial reports to ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS) and other regulations.
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to enhance profitability.
- Manage cash flow to meet liquidity requirements, especially during the listing process.
3. Corporate Governance & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to corporate governance practices and regulatory standards.
- Work with the internal audit function to mitigate financial risks and implement control strategies.
- Oversee the companys tax strategy, ensuring tax compliance, planning, and risk management.
4. Investor Relations & Stakeholder Communication
- Prepare and deliver investor presentations, financial updates, and reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with investors, auditors, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for investor relations activities related to the MSME listing.
- Coordinate with the CEO/Board to communicate financial performance and company strategies to
the investor community.
- Capable of attending investor meetings with pitch decks, presenting the companys growth plans,
financial outlook, and investment opportunities.
- Handle press meets, communicate effectively with media, and represent the companys interests to
the public and stakeholders.
5. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and manage the finance and accounting team, ensuring they are equipped to support the MSME
listing.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and performance
excellence.
- Ensure the finance team meets internal and external deadlines related to the listing.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with Minimum of 15+ years of experience in finance, accounting,
and corporate governance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading MSME listings or IPO processes.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, financial reporting, and accounting standards.
- Experience in investor relations, corporate finance, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) is a plus.
- Proven expertise in handling due diligence from one of the top 4 largest audit firms (e.g., Deloitte,
PwC, EY, KPMG).
- Experience in the MSME sector or related industries is highly desirable.
- Capable of attending investor meetings with pitch decks and handling press meets.
