We are seeking a visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and drive growth by securing investments from Private Equity (PE) firms and Family Offices.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will be a key member of the leadership team, ensuring robust financial planning, compliance, and strategic direction to achieve our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Fundraising and Investor Relations:
- Build and maintain relationships with Private Equity firms, Family Offices, and investment partners.
- Develop and execute fundraising strategies, ensuring alignment with growth objectives.
- Create compelling investment presentations, financial models, and due diligence documentation.
- Negotiate terms with investors to secure capital effectively.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
- Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with teams to model financial projections, manage risks, and assess performance.
- Optimize the capital structure and plan cash flows to meet long-term financial goals.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure adherence to financial and legal compliance, including statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain a robust internal control framework to mitigate financial risks.
- Oversee audit readiness, corporate governance policies, and regulatory engagements.
Strategic Financial Leadership:
- Provide insights and strategies to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Participate in high-level decisions on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments.
- Establish performance metrics to monitor growth, ROI, and profitability.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Fundraising Success: Achieving targeted capital raises from PE and Family Offices within set timelines.
- Financial Efficiency: Reducing operating costs, improving profit margins, and achieving positive cash flow.
- Compliance: Zero compliance issues, timely and accurate regulatory reporting, and smooth audits.
- Stakeholder Engagement: High investor satisfaction, retention, and positive feedback from investment partners.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Minimum of 12-15 years of financial leadership experience, with a proven track record in fundraising from PE and Family Offices.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate investment or similar sectors.
Education:
- CA/MBA in Finance or equivalent advanced degree.
Skills:
- Expertise in financial modeling, strategic planning, and investment structuring.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
