Marketing Manager(Airport Marketing, Alliances and Tie ups)

Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager (Alliances and Tie ups) to drive strategic partnerships and collaborations for our new spa at Mumbai International Airport. This role will be responsible for forging and managing partnerships with key retail, food & beverage, airline, and lifestyle outlets within the airport to increase footfall and generate business opportunities for the spa.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop collaborations with duty-free outlets to offer discount vouchers, co-branded promotions, and exclusive spa packages.
• Negotiate travel-exclusive deals where customers receive spa benefits after shopping at duty-free stores.
• Drive footfall by launching offers like mini treatments with duty-free purchases.
• Establish partnerships with cafés and restaurants (e.g., Starbucks, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf) to offer combined spa and dining packages (e.g., "meal + spa" deals).
• Promote cross-promotions where restaurant receipts grant discounts on spa services or vice versa.
• Coordinate joint campaigns and events to attract more customers to both the spa and food outlets.
• Work with airlines, credit card companies, and loyalty programs to create exclusive spa offers for members.
• Manage partnerships to provide frequent flyers with complimentary spa services or discounts as part of their loyalty perks.
• Develop special offers with high-end fashion and luxury retail stores (e.g., Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Zara) for customers who purchase over a set value.
• Organize pop-up events and in-store promotions to engage shoppers and attract foot traffic to the spa.
• Partner with fitness and wellness brands (e.g., Nike, Reebok) to create wellness packages or joint promotions such as workouts and spa treatments.
• Collaborate with gym and wellness brands to offer detox or recovery packages.
• Work with lounges to offer exclusive spa promotions for lounge guests (e.g., buy one get one complimentary mini-treatments).
• Develop VIP experiences, providing luxury treatments or express massages for high-value customers.
• Create strategic alliances with travel agencies and tour operators to promote the spa as a pre-flight or post-flight relaxation destination.
• Offer special spa packages to travelers booking tours or holiday packages with specific operators.
• Partner with event organizers for wellness events, conferences, or major airport functions to provide spa treatments or promotions.
• Offer special event-based promotions during peak seasons or airport-held wellness days.
• Collaborate with concierge services to offer personalized spa experiences for VIP and high-value travelers.
• Develop exclusive VIP packages, offering express treatments or premium services for frequent travelers.
• Work with airport hotels to promote the spa to guests, offering them special spa packages.
• Create tailored wellness offerings for hotel guests to access spa services during their stay.
• Coordinate with digital signage and advertising teams to run interactive ads promoting spa services at key locations throughout the airport.
• Manage targeted digital campaigns to increase awareness and attract foot traffic during peak travel times.
• Collaborate with travel influencers and bloggers who connect with the airport to review and promote the spa.
• Work with airport social media teams to feature spa promotions and events, driving awareness and increasing footfall.
• Build relationships with electronics and travel accessory outlets like Apple and Samsung, offering joint promotions where spa vouchers are provided with purchases.
• Coordinate cross-promotional efforts with airport retail partners to increase engagement.
