Human Resources - Head
- The Head of Human Resources will lead and manage the HR function to support organizational goals, focusing on integrity, employee engagement, and ethical practices. This executive role is responsible for addressing POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) issues, managing attrition rates, and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
- Overseeing a diverse workforce of 1500 employees across multiple outlets, the HR Head will implement strategies for talent acquisition, retention, and performance management. Additionally, the HR Head will ensure consistent enforcement of company policies, monitor employee satisfaction, and handle complex HR issues, while fostering a positive, ethical work culture.
Must have experience in :
- Managing a workforce of 1500+ employees in industries such as hospitality, personal care & beauty, fitness & wellness, and lifestyle management clinic chains.retails having pan india exposure
- Expertise in HRMS.
- Heading talent acquisition, retention, and reviewing and designing PMS (Performance Management Systems).
- Training and development on best business practices.
Responsibilities:
- Build and develop the HR function of the organization.
- Oversee quality sourcing of manpower, retention strategies, and PMS review.
- Align HR functions with business objectives and requirements.
- Manage employee MIS and HRMS systems.
- Lead all aspects of internal and external leadership communication, recruitment and selection, people learning and development, performance management, talent development, rewards and recognition, HR audits and compliance, compensation and benefits planning, organizational announcements, change management, and HR operations as the People Organization leader.
- Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, regularly reviewing policies and processes to maintain compliance.
- Oversee payroll department performance with zero-error processing month on month.
- Maintain employer branding through in-house and recruitment PR.
- Partner with institutes/academies/consultants for talent acquisition.
- Develop the organization as the best place to work in the industry.
- Manage HR escalation, conflict and grievance management, employee engagement, reporting,
documentation, and quality manpower.
- Ensure the integrity, discipline, and company culture are maintained.
