Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to drive the sales of our innovative software application in the market. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, presenting the applications value proposition, and closing deals. Your goal is to generate revenue, build long-term relationships with clients, and help our company grow in the competitive software industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and target potential customers in various sectors that could benefit from the software application.
    • Develop and execute lead generation strategies through networking, cold calling, social media, and other innovative methods.
  2. Sales Presentations:
    • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the value and unique features of the software application.
    • Understand customer needs and pain points, and tailor sales presentations to address them effectively.
  3. Account Management:
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, including follow-up on leads and maintaining client relationships.
    • Provide timely and effective after-sales support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  4. Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market competition, and customer requirements to adapt the sales approach accordingly.
    • Gather feedback from customers to relay to the product development team for improvements.
  5. Sales Targets:
    • Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly/quarterly basis by implementing effective sales strategies.
    • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to management.
  6. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align sales strategies and meet customer needs.
    • Participate in sales events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the product and build a strong network.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the software or technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of software applications and SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
