Channel Sales / Field Sales

Location: Bengaluru & kolkata

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client Acquisition:
• Prospect, qualify, and acquire new corporate clients. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry connections.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts.
• Product Knowledge: Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and our product/service offerings.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions to clients.
• Sales Presentations: Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Conduct product demonstrations and articulate how our solutions can meet the unique needs of corporate clients.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Market Research: Stay informed about competitors and market conditions. Provide regular feedback to the management team on market trends, pricing, and opportunities.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress. Generate regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

1. Ability to make inroads into new accounts and territories

2. Experience in selling into education sector.

3. Should be able to forecast sales in terms of numbers and revenue

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

1. Should be from the PRINTING / Packaging / Education & be willing to be in the field every day.

2. Graduation from reputed University/Institutes. Masters in Marketing would be a bonus.

2. 4-9 years of Corporate Sales experience preferably in education/FMCG sector

3. Strong Communication skills (written & verbal), presentation skills and client relationship management are a must for this position.

4. Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools. Should have their own Vehicle.
